FOR OVER 60 YEARS, CLEARY HOMES has been building quality, single family homes in Peterborough and the Kawarthas, and throughout the eastern GTA. Since 1958, Cleary Homes and its principals have been proud and very active members within the Peterborough business community including multiple terms as President of the PKHBA.

Founded by the company’s patriarch, Leo Cleary (better known as Ike), a World War II veteran, Cleary Homes has thrived throughout its 60 plus years.

Cleary Homes is well into its second generation of success with Pat, the youngest of Ike’s 10 children, as president. Being at the helm for over 35 years, he was the natural choice due to his passion for architecture and design.

From his earliest days, Pat could be seen on all the job sites with his father, showing his keen interest for home building. Pat is well known for his design prowess in both custom and innovative, entry level, single family homes, earning him many awards for excellence in new home design.

During its very successful history, Cleary Homes has built thousands of new homes within many new home communities including Peterborough.

Cleary Homes’ newest development is nestled within the existing Orchard East community in Bowmanville. Our brand-new collection of uniquely designed, well finished, entry level homes will be the community’s price leader.
